This website operates under the Resident Laundry brand.
The company responsible for information submitted through this website is Express Laundry Vending Limited, company number 808157.

If you use the enquiry form on the Contact page, the information you provide may include:

- details you provide about the property or project

We would use this information to:
- respond to your enquiry

Our legitimate interest is in receiving, assessing and responding to enquiries from prospective customers, and in discussing potential communal laundry projects with them. Marketing
We do not currently use information submitted through the enquiry form to add you to a newsletter or any other marketing list.
Other organisations that may process information
Enquiry submissions made through the Contact page on this website are processed using Formspree, which provides the website's form-processing service. Formspree receives and stores the information you submit as part of delivering your enquiry to us and helping us manage it.
Formspree acts as a data processor in this arrangement. Formspree has stated that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for any international transfers related to that processing.
This website is hosted by Vercel. As the hosting provider, Vercel processes the technical information needed to deliver the website to your browser, such as your IP address and standard request information. Enquiry form submissions are sent directly to Formspree, not through Vercel.
How long we would keep information
Information submitted through the enquiry form is held within Formspree, which retains submission history for 30 days on the plan currently used for this website.
Separately, we may keep relevant business correspondence arising from an enquiry for longer where reasonably necessary to continue the enquiry or any business relationship that follows, for legitimate business administration, or to meet legal or accounting obligations where applicable.
